FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology, in particular to devices; it is intended for recording seismic signals and vibration of objects. A piezoelectric receiver of low-frequency vibration contains a base, on which an elastic plate is rigidly fixed with one end, having a piezoelectric element and inertial mass placed on it. At the same time, the receiver contains one piezoelectric element and at least three inertial masses. The other end of the elastic plate is rigidly fixed on the second base, while the elastic plate is made with slots and grooves, piezoelectric elements are fixed on the elastic plate at places containing slots or grooves directed towards each other; inertial masses are located between piezoelectric elements opposite each other, as well as between extreme piezoelectric elements and bases from two sides of the elastic plate, respectively.
EFFECT: expansion of an operating range to a low-frequency area with simultaneous increase in the sensitivity of a piezoelectric receiver, and increase in impact resistance.
