SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of hydroacoustic metering equipment. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in device comprising acoustic receivers installed in flexible cylindrical shell and having floatage nearing zero, receiving surface of every acoustic receiver is fixed with internal surface of flexible cylindrical shell, which is equipped with external braiding. External braiding may be made of synthetic fiber.

EFFECT: lower diametre of receiving device and its higher operational reliability.
