FIELD: marine flexible extended trailing antennas used for measurement of acoustic field in water and employed in geophysics and underwater acoustics. SUBSTANCE: hydrophones are placed in a sealed hose shell with a filler, enclosed in an external shell filled with gel. The internal hose shell is freely positioned in gel and mechanically not connected to the streamer power members. The design of the streamer section provides for enhancing the antenna noise immunity to low-frequency structural vibration and hydrodynamic noise conditioned by streamer trailing in flow, enhances service reliability and ecological safety of streamer service, prevents distortion of the streamer directivity pattern due to unchangeability of distance between the hydrophones at variation of streamer tension force at trailing.
