SUBSTANCE: speed compensation device comprises series-connected computing unit, first multiplier, the second input of which is connected to a reference voltage source, an adder, a Doppler frequency generator, a mixer with a coherent oscillator connected to the second input, and a filter, as well as a second multiplier, the first input of which is connected to the second output of the computing unit, and the second input is connected to the output of a frequency adjustment computer. The device also includes a third multiplier, a second frequency adjustment computer and a subtractor, wherein the output of the subtractor is connected to the second input of the adder, the first input of the subtractor is connected to the output of the second multiplier, the second input of the subtractor is connected to the output of the third multiplier, the first input of which is connected to the second output of the computing unit, and the second input is connected to the output of the second frequency adjustment computer.
