SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in designing radar designed for installation on a moving platform. The disclosed device comprises a resolver, a coherent oscillator connected to the first input of a mixer, a Doppler frequency generator connected to the second input of the mixer, and a filter connected to the output of the mixer, also having first and second multipliers, first inputs of which are connected to the output of the resolver, a reference voltage source connected to the second input of the first multiplier, a frequency change compensation calculator, the output of which is connected to the second input of the second multiplier, and an adder whose inputs are connected to outputs of the multipliers, and the output is connected to the control input of the Doppler frequency generator.
EFFECT: high accuracy of compensating for speed of relative movement when adjusting radar carrier frequency.
