FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in radar stations for detecting moving targets. The device includes a digital pulsed phase metre, one input of which is connected to a reference heterodyne and the other is connected to outputs of receiver-amplifier circuits; the output of the digital pulsed phase metre is connected to a two-position commutator switch which is connected to a radar station synchroniser, one output of said switch being connected to a circuit for storing the code of phase differences of the probing and reference signals, and the other output is connected to a circuit for subtracting codes of phase differences of the probing and reference signals and the reflected and reference signals and a device for storage and per-period comparison of the phase response of reflected signals based on range elements, said device being connected to the output of the code subtraction circuit; the device also includes series-connected correction code generator and correction code adder, wherein the correction code generator is connected to a carrier navigation system and an additional input of the storage device and per-period comparison; the second input of the correction code adder is connected to the output of the circuit for storing the codes of phase differences of the probing and reference signals, and the output is connected to the input of the circuit for subtracting codes of phase differences of the probing and reference signals and the reflected and reference signals.
EFFECT: high accuracy and high operating speed.
