SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises a movable probe, a power supply and means of converting the position of the probe into electrical signals, wherein the probe is provided with a contact at its tip, said contact being connected by a flexible conductor to one of the terminals of the power supply, and the means of converting the position of the probe into electrical signals are in form a glass superimposed on the display screen, said glass being coated with a transparent conducting layer and leads are uniformly arranged around the glass, said leads being connected to signal inputs of switches and first leads of resistors, the second inputs of which are connected to the second terminal of the power supply, the control inputs of the switches are connected to outputs of a read pulse generator, and outputs of the switches are connected to outputs of the read pulse generator, outputs of the switches are combined and connected to the input of a voltage-to-digit converter, the output of which is connected to the input of a bearing and range code generating unit.
EFFECT: faster and more accurate pick-up of coordinates of targets.
