SUBSTANCE: device comprises a display, the horizontal and vertical deflection inputs of which are connected to corresponding outputs a time base former for polar raster and a sighting device, and the control input is connected to the output of a video amplifier, to the input of which the resultant signal is transmitted. The device also includes a scaling amplifier to the input of which an error signal is transmitted, and two correction signal formers, wherein the first correction signal former is connected between the horizontal deflection input of the display and an additional vertical deflection input of the display, and the second correction signal former is connected between the vertical deflection input of the display and an additional horizontal deflection input of the display, wherein the output of the scaling amplifier is connected to the common input of the first and second correction signal formers.
EFFECT: high accuracy of displaying information.
