The device contains multiplier, lag line, peak detectors, bandpass filter and low-pass filter. Also it contains the impulse former, comparison circuit and summator. In addition it has two lag lines, two keys, expander and gate.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of sensitivity of the measuring channel.
