SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in electronic surveillance and measurement equipment. Device comprises a limiting amplifier, delay line, pulse generator, first multiplier, first circuit consisting of low-pass filter and peak detector, comparator circuit, second circuit consisting of band-pass filter and peak detector, quadrature power divider, second multiplier, third circuit consisting of band-pass filter and peak detector, connected accordingly.
EFFECT: technical result is in working frequency band expansion.
