The device comprises a laser with a power supply unit, a semi-active laser seeker, a beam splitter, an optical generator, a first photodetector with a first forming optical system, a second photodetector with a second forming optical system, a tracker mirror with a deflector, an optical range variation simulator, a pulse energy measuring unit, a code pulse generator, a trigger pulse generating unit, a deflector control unit, a subtractor circuit, a time interval measuring device, a computer for calculating the angular position of the axis of the seeker, a laser energy control unit, a range measuring unit and a radiation parameter control unit. The listed components are arranged and connected to each other in a certain manner.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining parameters.
