DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING POSITION OF OPTICAL AXIS IN SPACE Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC G02B26/08

Abstract SU 1841049 A1

FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for controlling the direction of light and can be used for continuous guidance to objects of active and passive optical devices for various purposes. The device comprises a fixed housing (3) in the form of a hollow cylinder. Inside the housing (3) there is an azimuth drive (1) in the form of a gearmotor (6), as well as a mirror (15) tilting mechanism with an electric drive (2), a fork (5) with a cylindrical hollow axis, a mirror (15) holder (14), mounted by a half-shaft on the fork (5). The fork (5) is connected to the housing (3) through bearings (4) and interacts with the azimuth drive (1). The mirror (15) tilting mechanism is in the form of an additional fork (13), a lever (11) and a nut (7) with a fine-adjustment screw (9), capable of translational motion, inserted therein. The additional fork (13) is rigidly connected to the fork (5). The additional fork (13) is also connected to the cylindrical hollow axis (12) of the lever (11), which also interacts with the mirror (15) holder (14). The mirror (15) holder (14) interacts with the additional fork (13) through a compression spring (18). The nut (7) is installed inside the hollow axis by bearings (8) and is capable of rotating around its axis. The nut (7) is kinematically connected to the electric derive (2). The fine-adjustment screw (9) interacts through a spherical supporting end with the lever (11) in its middle part.

EFFECT: high accuracy of guidance, reduced weight and size and high technological effectiveness of the structure.
