SUBSTANCE: the claimed device has N single-type range channels, each of them has an amplitude-weight processing unit, unit for formation of the input signal frequency spectrum on the basis of the Fourier quick transformation algorithm, amplitude detector and a threshold device in each frequency channel, as well as a digital heterodyning unit, series-connected first and second switches, buffer memory, Fourier reverse discrete transformation unit, multiplier and a computing device, realizing the spectral estimation of the sample of the transformed detected signal.
EFFECT: provided determination of the numerical composition of the detected moving objective during observation with a restricted time of observation of each individual angular direction and exact determination of the Doppler frequency of each separate target in a group, as well as in case the claimed device is used in monopulser radars, determination of their angular positions.
