FIELD: equipment of ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of ammunition (missile warheads, mines, torpedoes, bombs, etc.) with any charge weight by powerful meltable explosives, for example, of TG, TTA, TGAF, MS grades and others. Plant for preparation of low-viscosity explosive mixtures and filling of ammunition by lump-free or vacuum lump methods consists of agitator-free mixing-filling unit with valve device, plant locking mechanism in positions of loading and unloading for loading of dry components with transport hopper, device for filling and slice formation.
EFFECT: to increase safety and reduction of castable charges increment in valve device valve rod is rigidly connected with pneumatic vibrator and with spring-loaded piston installed in pneumatic cylinder, unloading valve after compressed air action.
