FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of 1,5-dinitro-3,7-chlordan-1,3,5,7-tetrazene-cyclo-octane by reacting a nitro compound organic derivative with formaldehyde and ammonium salts, characterised by that, the result of the reaction of the poly-methylene-nitrazene-alcohol ester with the water-and-alcohol mixture of potassium or sodium hydroxide is taken to expand the raw material base. Esters of the poly-methylene-nitrazene-alcohol, which are by-products during synthesis of octogene, are used as a raw product.
EFFECT: technical result is in the specified method of 1,5-dinitro-3,7-chlordan-1,3,5,7-tetrazene-cyclo-octane production.
