FIELD: organic synthesis; pharmaceutical preparations. SUBSTANCE: compound of the formula exceeding wide-spread indometacin in its antiinflammatory activity. Preparation exhibits more pronounced effect on exudative inflammation component. In addition, when administered for a long time, preparation, unlike indometacin, reveals no obvious toxic effect including that on gastrointestinal tract. EFFECT: revealed physiological activity.
