FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: structural tubular rods are connected with hollow nodal member by inserting ends of rods in openings of the nodal member and making them fast. Ends of the rods in openings of the nodal member are made fast by pressing them in by electro-hydropulse discharge. For the purpose of this electric explosive charges are placed in series through current conductor in the ends of the rods, and electric current is supplied from electropulse generator.
