FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves formation of a diverging radiation flow from a helium-neon laser. The biological object to be stimulated is exposed to this radiation. The distance from the optical radiation scattering center to the object is determined with photoresonance in cells of the object as dependent on the optical flow rate and angle of scattering.
