FIELD: treatment of animals, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device has semiconductor injection laser, which outputs monochrome polarized coherent red light in band of 0.62-0.92 mcm with output power within range of 100-300 mW. Laser is equipped with stabilized power supply circuit, and thermoelectric cooler which is equipped with power supply and power indicator, regulator of laser diode current. Laser is connected to output of stabilized power supply circuit which supplies laser and is connected to regulator of laser diode current and power supply circuit of thermoelectric cooler. EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment of trophic ulcer, contusion, mastitis, injuries, increased efficiency of lactation reflex stimulation. 1 dwg
