FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: affected lobes of pancreas are separated and resected with ligation of 1st order ducts near the main duct throughout the affected area. After resection, the main duct of pancreas is covered by carcass of vascular prosthesis while proximal and distal ends of pancreas are peritonized by capsule of the organ. EFFECT: reduced postoperative complications due to preservation of pancreas main duct. 1 dwg
