METHOD OF RESECTION OF PANCREAS Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: operation is carried out in three stages. At the first stage: infiltration of tissues located along the line of incision with finely divided flow at superhigh pressure of 0.9% solution of sodium chloride saturated with ozone in concentration of 350-400 mcg cooled to 10-12 C; area of contact treatment 7.0-10.0 sq.mm; local pressure on tissue 0.3-0.4 kg/sq.cm. At the third stage: separation of acinar structures of parenchyma on interlobular intervals with help of finely divided flow superhigh pressure of 0.9% solution of sodium chloride. At the third stage: treatment of injured surfaces of pancreas with ozone-oxygen mixture under definite conditions. EFFECT: improved treatment results due to differential separation of acinar structures.
