FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: rose fruits are extracted with distilled water acidified with 1% solution of hydrochloric acid at ratio raw: extractant = 1: (10-12) at 50-60 C for 50-70 min. Then extract is decanted, raw is extracted twice for 45-50 C and 30-35 min. Extracts are combined, filtered, condensed and dried. Condensing is carried out up to 4% of initial volume. Air temperature of drying at inlet is 200- 220 C and at outlet is 80-90 C; the rate of mixture feeding is 2-2,5 l/h. Result: dry, friable product showing good physical and chemical properties is obtained. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 3 cl
