FIELD: laser medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a system for indicating a focussed laser radiation position on patient's skin including a nonmonochromatic visible radiation source, optic system forming at least two spaced beams of nonmonochromatic visible radiation optic axes of which are symmetric relative to the focussing system optic axis, a regulating unit for providing convergence of nonmonochromatic and laser beams after passing them through the focussing system in its focus, laser radiation energy, focal distance of the focussing system, divergence of laser radiation, lateral, lens aperture diaphragm satisfying expressions given in the invention description. The device is characterized in that a microwound is formed with dimensions required and sufficient to obtain a blood dose required for analysis. EFFECT: reduced possibility of infection at contact of patient's skin with contaminated parts, reduced pain. 1 dwg
