FIELD: equipment for remote monitoring of environmental pollution. SUBSTANCE: device for remote monitoring of tightness of active pipelines has optically connected mirror scanning member 1 installed for rotation, pulsed laser 8, receiving objective lens 2, flat mirrors 3 and 4, photoelectric spectrum analyzer 7 and two radiation receivers 5 and 6. Output of one receiver is connected with one input of signal mixer, and output of the other receiver is connected to input of signal processing unit whose output is connected via time delay device to input of laser trigger. Spectrum analyzer output is connected to second monitor. EFFECT: higher confidence of pipeline tightness monitoring due to reduced probability of false alarms caused by heat inhogeneities of background. 2 cl, 4 dwg
