FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: blood is taken by contactless perforation of sterilized integument of finger. Blood is taken by high-concentration laser radiation with use of erbium laser at wavelength of 2.7-3.0 mcm. Finger is preliminarily fixed by pressing it in blood taking zone with force of 0.8-1.8 N, and position of laser radiation focus and place of puncturing by means of "pilot" light source are visualized. Radiation is focused into focal spot in form of extended narrow strip with distinct boundaries, 0.8-1.0 mm long and 0.1-0.12 mm wide for performance of perforation. This strip is surrounded with uniform halo, 0.2 mm wide from focal spot for sterilization. Sterilization and perforation are performed simultaneously in multimode condition of free generation at pulse duration of 100-150 mcs and energy of 0.2-0.4 J+-10%. Given method prevents transfer of infectious diseases, sterilization of mechanical scarificators and enables standardization of blood taking procedure. EFFECT: prompt adhesion of wounds. 3 dwg
