FIELD: laser medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: laser perforator has pulse laser, focusing system and guidance system. It also includes device for arrangement of perforated integument surface in zone of laser radiation focusing between focusing system and its focal plane at distance of 1.5-8 mm from focal plane. Focusing system focal distance F, diameter of focused laser beam b, diameter of focused laser beam on skin surface d and density of laser radiation energy on skin surface w are set by the following relations: 0,2 J/sq.mm ≤ W ≤ 6,0 J/sq.mm. Perforator makes it possible to reduce painful feelings of patient during integument perforation and to form required little wound for getting necessary amount of blood sample.
