SUBSTANCE: apparatus has shell 1 with loading hopper 2 and discharge hopper 3, disks 8 installed in shell 1 and electric drive for rotating adjacent disks in opposite directions. Beats 12 are positioned in through holes of disks 8. Shell 1 has sections manufactured of non-magnetic dielectric material and electric drive is made in the form of induction motor stator enveloping apparatus shell. Some of disks are manufactured of non-magnetic dielectric material and are provided with sealed chambers filled with non-magnetic dielectric fluid containing suspended ferromagnetic particles of highly magnetic anisotropic material. Maximum size of these particles is less than 0.01 of pole pitch of stator. Other disks are made of non-magnetic current-conducting material.
