FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of materials, including the materials with nanostructure, grinding, dispersing and mechanical activation, and can be used in the mining and construction industries, in the energy sector. Disintegrator includes a housing with loading and unloading branch pipes, in which the stationary and movable working bodies are vertically mounted. Working bodies are made in the form of discs with located radially on the facing each other discs surfaces rows of beaters, at that, each beater is located with a gap between the opposite disc impact beaters adjacent rows. To the working body movable disk center the electric drive axis is mechanically attached. Stationary and rotating disks facing each other surfaces are made in the form of identical radial corrugations, which are uniformly distributed over the disks surface. Each corrugations surfaces are shaped as conical, representing having the common small base two hollow truncated cones. One of the cones, truncated in the longitudinal direction by the plane of symmetry into two equal parts, tapers from the disk center to its periphery at an angle of 60–70°, and the other cone, truncated in the longitudinal direction by the plane of symmetry, expands at an opening angle of 16–24° from the small base to the periphery. Into the device the ventilating blades are additionally introduced, mechanically fixed along the rotating disk peripheral surface. Blades are made with the bend directed in the disk rotation direction at an angle of 132–138° to the movement direction. Discharge branch pipe is made on the housing in the form of a helical volute, which output channel is directed tangentially to the working disk rotation direction.
EFFECT: disintegrator allows to increase productivity while reduction in the raw materials particles dispersion.
