FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of fine grinding, which can be used in chemical, construction and other industries for processing solid lumps, in particular wastes of chemical industries, for example, fluoroanhydrite. Method consists in supply of lump raw material into confined space of grinding chamber, destruction of pieces of raw material and extraction of disintegrated raw material from side opening in working chamber and from its bottom part, wherein inside the grinding chamber there are vertically arranged two parallel discs on the facing each other planes of which are radially fixed with gaps relative to each other destructing elements-beats, and raw material destruction is performed by imparting its particles with centrifugal acceleration due to rotation of one of the disks and collision of particles with side wall of working chamber and destructive elements-beats. Also, in the working chamber there is additionally created a high-speed air flow directed from the loading hole to the unloading hole. To create a velocity flow, the surfaces of the movable and fixed discs facing each other are made in the form of trays facing each other with concave surfaces, wherein the recess in the plates is made in form of surfaces of truncated cones intersecting generatrix surfaces. Ventilation radial air flow in the gaps between impact beats is initiated by placing on the periphery of the periphery of the movable disc of the vanes, which are uniformly distributed on said surface and mechanically connected to it, wherein in said blades bending is made, directed towards disc rotation. Housing of grinding chamber is made in form of spiral coil, in head part of which discharge pipe is made, which output channel is directed tangentially to the working disk rotation direction and is made in the form of Laval nozzle.

EFFECT: method increases output and reduces dispersion of the material to be crushed.
