FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of grinding, dispersing and mechanical activation of materials, including the nanostructure of materials. Dismembrator includes a housing with a loading nozzle and a discharge opening, in which the fixed and movable working bodies are vertically mounted. Working bodies are made in the form of discs with rows of beats located radially on the surfaces of the discs facing each other, with each beat being located with a gap between adjacent rows of percussion discs of the opposite disc. Axis of the electric drive is attached to the center of the moving disk. Surfaces of the stationary and rotating disks are made in the form of identical radial corrugations, which are evenly distributed over the surface of the disks. Each corrugation is made in the form of two truncated conical bodies with a common small base, while one of the cones, truncated in the longitudinal direction by the plane of symmetry into two identical parts, tapers from the center of the disk to its periphery at an angle of 60–70°, and the other cone, truncated in the longitudinal direction by the plane of symmetry, expands at an opening angle of 16–24° from the small base to the periphery. Number of circles with installed beams from a row with a large cone base to a row with a small cone base in both stationary and moving disks is 3–5 rows, and in the expanding cone of the mentioned circles it is from 4 to 7 rows. In this case, flat blades rotated at an angle of 45° with respect to the vertical plane of grinding.

EFFECT: dismembrator reduces the dispersion of particles of raw materials more than 2 times.
