FIELD: plastic processing. SUBSTANCE: flow of polyether polyol is fed at rate of 2-10 m/s at 15-70 C to preliminary mixing chamber to which in separate counterflows at rate of 1-8 m/s at 1-70 C catalyst and foam stabilizer are supplied. Formed flow is fed to static mixer, and then, to next stage of preliminary mixing, to which foaming agent is fed in counterflow at rate of 5-10 m/s at 4-22 C. Resulted flow gets into static mixer. Fire extinguishing additive may be added at rate of 1-10 m/s at 9-40 C. EFFECT: continuous production of hydroxyl-containing composition for foamed polyurethane. 2 cl, 3 tbl
