SUBSTANCE: the hydroxyl-containing composition for preparing foam polyurethane comprises the following components ( wt % ): 65.4-92.7 polyesterpolyol; 0.5-1.4 an organosilicon stabilizer; 2.2-5.5 a catalyst such as an oligoether complex of oxyethylated urea containing 1-10 moles of ethylene oxide per 1 mole of urea and alkali metal and carboxylic acid salts, and a foaming agent, the balance. The composition may further comprise an amine catalyst, oxyethylated urea in admixture with polyesterpolyol and a fire-suppressing additive.
