FIELD: heat insulation. SUBSTANCE: foamed polyurethane is prepared by reacting hydroxyl-containing compound with polyisocyanate in presence of water, a catalyst and admixture of fluorinated and perfluorinated hydrocarbons containing from 2 to 8 carbon atoms in mixture ratio of 1-99: 99-1 in combination with fluorinated surface-active agent of formula C_nF_2n-1SO₃N(R)₃, wherein n is carbon atoms from 6 to 10, with R:-CH₃, -C₂H₅, -C₃H₇ iso-C₃H₇ surfactant added in an amount of 0.01-2.5 parts by weight per 100 parts of hydroxyl-containing component.
