SUBSTANCE: device is provided with drive for horizontal movement of faceplate in form of pneumatic cylinder mounted on turnable shaft of split ring and lever mounted on the cylinder. The lever is pivotally linked at its one end to the pneumatic cylinder control rod and at its opposite end is pivotally connected to base. The actuator for turning the face plate is in the form with slotted driven clutch mounted on the turnable shaft and drive clutch mounted on bearing support and provided with projections for engagement with the slots.
