FIELD: biotechnology, chemical pharmaceutic industry. SUBSTANCE: animal raw material (milt of sturgeon fishes, chicken spleen and blood red cells, and the like) are disrupted and homogenized in citrate- buffered salt solution. The homogenate is treated with detergent and strong sodium chloride solution at raised temperature. Thereafter, after preforming the layer of given size in thickness, the reaction mixture is treated ultrasonically for 10-80 min at frequency of 8-35 KHz and intensity of 0.2-2.0. The ultra-sound-treated mixture is admixed with diatomaceous earth, 5: 1-25: 1 (parts by volume), respectively, the formed liquid phase is separated by filtration, the filtrate is concentrated by pressure filtration. Sodium nucleate is precipitated with ethyl alcohol, and the precipitate is dried at temperatures of 20-60 C. Industrial scaling is realized owing to novel bioreactor design.
