FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of initial raw homogenate with detergent and high-concentrated solution of sodium chloride, separation of liquid phase in reaction mass formed following by purification and isolation of the end product. Reaction mass is treated by ultrasonic oscillation following by isolation and purification of native DNA using ultrafiltration and diafiltration. Advantages of method proposed: absence of reprecipitation stages of native DNA sodium salt, decrease of losses, increase of the end product yield, diminished consumption of ethanol used for the end product preparing. EFFECT: enhanced yield of product, diminished loss of product, decreased ethanol consumption. 1 tbl
