FIELD: protective coats for pipelines. SUBSTANCE: for manufacture polymer concrete insulator compositions A and B are prepared separately with subsequent admixing both compositions, and the resulting mixture is poured into a mold, foamed and cured. For the preparation of composition A 100 parts by weight of polyisocyanate, 133.3-187.5 parts by weight of mineral aggregate and 0.9-1.0 parts by weight of triethanolamine are stirred. Composition B is prepared by mixing together 30.0-34.4 parts by weight of diethylene glycol and 6.7-8.8 parts by weight of dimethyl keton. EFFECT: increased insulating efficiency. 2 tbl
