FIELD: assembling and repair of building structures and components. SUBSTANCE: polymeric mineral composition comprises isocyanate component (100 wt parts) which is mixture of polyphenylene polymethylene polyisocyanates treated with air at 150-180 C and atmospheric pressure for 2-6 hours, or isocyanate composition contains 5-11 weight parts of bitumen and/or 2.5-31 weight parts of solid waste formed during processing and storage of polyphenylene polymethylene polyisocyanate such as liquid component containing active hydrogen atoms (3-54 wt parts) in molecule water, glycol hydroxy-containing polyethers and polyethers, and mixtures thereof mineral filler (285-665 wt parts) which includes building sand, pigments or the like. Composition comprises increased amount of mineral filler thus making it possible to cut down expenses for carrying construction work.
