FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: the composition comprises (5): 1.5-3.0 polyacrylamide; 10-30 chalk, 1-3 zinc oxide; 15-25 paper making waste resulting from fine paper stock fractions (0.005-2.000 mm) trapped and squeezed out from waste water on vacuum filters; and water, the balance. Moistened paper waste is charged into a mixer, ground for 20-30 min and then mixed for 30 mi. Chalk and zinc oxide are added to the mixture and stirred until it becomes homogeneous. The properties of the composition: the breaking strength 5.7-6.7 MPa, the adhesion to concrete 1.60-1.79 MPa; the adhesion to wood 0.65-0.87 MPa, the storage life 36 months.
