FIELD: building and finishing materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composites used for spackling covers of building surfaces, among them, silicate and wooden ones, for gaps, cracks and holes fixing, for finishing works, final treatment of building surfaces and so on. The composite comprises polyacrylamide, chalk, zinc oxide, paper production waste, sodium tetraborate and water and it comprises additionally the limestone selfdecomposing slag obtained from ferrovanadium smelting, oleic acid and/or alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ester. The combination of components taken in the definite ratio ensures to obtain the cover with the enhanced whiteness and decreased roughness. EFFECT: improved properties of composite. 2 tbl
