FIELD: manufacture of film materials and artificial leather. SUBSTANCE: polymeric composition comprises polyvinyl chloride, phthalic plasticizer, chloroparaffin, metal-containing stabilizer, stearic acid, chalk, surfactant, white pigment, and polymeric additive. Composition further comprises, as filler, lime slag self-destructive from melting of ferrovanadium and silicon dioxide and, as plasticizer, mixture of dioxane alcohols and high-boiling ethers thereof with number of hydroxy groups of 27-36%. Ratios of components are as follows (wt parts): polyvinyl chloride, 100; phthalic plasticizer, 25-50; chloroparaffin, 5-15; mixture of dioxane alcohols and high-melting ethers with number of hydroxy groups of 23- 36%, 15-25; metal-containing stabilizer, 1-3, stearic acid, 0.5-1.0; chalk, 28-80; lime slag self-destructive from melting of ferrovanadium, 3-40; silicon dioxide, 0.5-2.5; titanium dioxide, 10-20; polymeric additive, 5- 15; surfactant, 0.5-2.5.
