FIELD: chemical oil processing. SUBSTANCE: 5-15 % of petroleum bottom products are mixed together with aqueous solution containing a molybdenum, nickel, cobalt, tungsten or ferrous salt or their combinations. The resulting emulsion is treated by contacting it with hydrogen-containing gaseous mixture and hydrogenated. The remaining portion of the starting raw material is heated to a temperature of 220- 380 C, mixed together with the emulsion, and partitioned between vapor phase and liquid water-free phase which are passed through contacting them with hydrogen-containing gas. EFFECT: high efficiency.
