FIELD: locks. SUBSTANCE: locking mechanism is made of two plates provided with holes. A seal is made of a lead rivet whose cylindrical part is provided with a steel bushing. Outer diameter of the bushing is equal to diameter of the plate holes and diameter of an opening provided in a case of the apparatus. The seal is set in the case so that the bushing is positioned in the plate holes and case opening used for setting the seal simultaneously. Length of the bushing is equal to depth of the central opening of the case. A shackle is provided with through rectangular grooves which in sizes correspond plate geometry which is T-shaped. The plates are set in the case from two opposite sides so that to overlap a passage into the case of the apparatus via the through rectangular grooves. Thickness of the plates in the zone of holes for the seal is equal to half thickness of main part of the plate. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 7 dwg
