PADLOCK WITHOUT KEY Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: protection of containers, freight cars and automobile bodies. SUBSTANCE: padlock without key has through rectangular recess along body axis. Square to this recess, two blind holes are made. U-piece ends have through rectangular recesses which are aligned with body recess when body is assembled with U-piece. Installed in body through recess from opposite sides are two latches which lock U-piece in lock body. One of latches consists of flange, plate and two grips, and the other latch consists of flange and two grips. After alignment of latches, grips are located in U-piece recesses. Plate of one latch is located in recess between grips of the other latch. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 dwg
