FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: locking-sealing device comprises hollow body with rigidly embedded end of rope, safety washer, at that there is a channel provided in body to let through the free end of rope, a locking power mechanism is installed in body as a spring-loaded separator with conical working external surface and slots, where fixing elements are located in the form of revolution solids. Safety washer is located in separator, which is arranged with inner cavity, where a spring contacting via support washer with fixing elements is installed. Length of slots for fixing elements exceeds diametre of the latter 1.5-2.0 times. Protective cover is installed in separator in front of safety washer, and spring is arranged as cylindrical.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify device design, to considerably increase its resistance to criminal unsealing and to provide for required protective properties.
