FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has case 1, cylinders which are provided with pistons 2,3,4,5 and located crosswise, take-off shaft 14 and crank mechanism by which pistons 2,3,4,5 are kinematically coupled with the shaft. The crank mechanism has a bearing unit made of race 8, pin 7 received in the race and axles. The pistons 2,3,4,5 are hollow and provided with side bosses 6 having axial openings. Inner surface of pistons 2,3,4,5 is provided with slot grooves 15,16 having balls. Power take-off shaft 14 is mounted in space of one of the pistons for interacting with the piston through ball-slot conjugation. Pistons 2,3,4,5 is mounted for reciprocation and rotation. The pistons is rigidly interconnected in pairs. Pistons of one pair is interconnected trough pin 7 received in the openings of bosses 6 and pistons of the other one is interconnected through axles received in the openings of bosses 6 and race 8 interposed between the axles. In addition machine has conical pinions mounted for interacting with each other, and pistons 22,3,4,5 are received in hubs of the pinions. The machine also has main and additional cylindrical pinions. The main pinion are set on the hubs of the conical pinions and the additional ones are set on the shaft for interaction with each other.
