FIELD: turbine engineering. SUBSTANCE: high pressure natural gas from pipe line 3 is heated by flowing through heat exchanger 9 and enters turbine expander 1. Controlled power apparatus 10 and control member 15 of by-pass pipe line 14 are used for maintaining given temperature and pressure of natural gas in outlet pipeline 2. Power, which is produced with turbine expander 1, is transmitted to consumer 16 and air compressor 4. As the result air downstream of compressor 4 and heat exchanger 9 enters air pipe line 7 when it is separated into two streams. Upstream of air turbine expander 6 temperature of air is decreased and the consumer receives cold and hot streams of air and also free mechanical energy owing to power of reduced pressure of natural gas. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
