FIELD: gas-turbine plants. SUBSTANCE: power plant comprises two turbo-expanders with inlet and outlet pipe lines, natural gas pipe line connected with the inlet pipe line of one of the turbo-expanders, blower with the inlet and outlet pipe lines, and heat exchanger. The shaft of the blower is coupled with shafts of each of two turbo-expanders through a rigid kinematical connection. The inlet pipe line of the blower is connected with the atmosphere. The outlet pipe line of the blower is connected to the inlet pipe line of the second turbo- expander through the heat exchanger. A device for extracting air is mounted in the outlet pipe line of the blower upstream of the heat exchanger. The plant can be provided with a control member mounted in the outlet pipe line of the second turbo-expander. The plant can be connected with the pipe line for extracting hot air.
