FIELD: vacuum technique. SUBSTANCE: stator disks are secured on inner surface of housing. Mounted along axis of housing is hollow rotor with rotor disks forming high-vacuum stage together with stator disks. Low-vacuum stage whose inlet is brought in communication with outlet of high-vacuum stage is located inside rotor. Low-vacuum stage is made in form of transverse partitions dividing interior of rotor into chambers. Each chamber is provided with radial pressure pipe whose inlet is located on periphery of chamber and outlet is located in central portion of adjacent chamber. Each chamber is also provided with transverse partition with peripheral holes which divides chamber into inlet chambers of its own pressure pipe and outlet chambers of pipe of adjacent chamber. Each partition is provided with gas-dynamic seal in form of fixed washer fitted along axis of rotor. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 1 dwg
