FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for disinfection of sheep wool, downy raw materials (rabbit, goat down), etc. Plant for sanitary treatment of hair-like raw material consists of horizontally screening hexagonal prism (11) from non-ferromagnetic material. Prism is made of four large facets and two oppositely located small faces with slots. Inside the shielding hexagonal prism, parallel to the four large faces, impellers (2) are installed, which together with two oppositely located faces with slots of the shielding prism form a hexagonal prismatic resonator (1). Radiators from magnetrons (10) of microwave generators are directed inside the resonator. Impellers are made from non-ferromagnetic material similar to air conditioner impeller. Impellers forming part of two upper and two lower faces of hexagonal resonator, rotate from two electric motors, respectively. To this end, impeller gears are fitted on impeller shafts to engage with each other and corresponding drive gears fitted on shafts of respective motors (9). Working branch of conveyor (7) made of dielectric grid is laid through slots in small edges of screening prism. Idle branch of conveyor with electric drive is located under hexagonal shielding prism. Each electric gas-discharge lamp (6) is installed in the center of rings (5), on which impeller blades are fixed. They are arranged along blades of impellers, which do not rotate, and are supplied from sources of kHz frequency (8), operating on the d'Arsonval principle. Magnetrons from microwave generators and sources of the kHz frequency are located on the outer side of the facade base of the hexagonal screening prism.
EFFECT: effective decontamination of hairy raw material from parasites and pathogens at low energy costs by exposure to electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequency and ozone in resonator chamber, destroys microorganisms, mites and other insects, and also ensures drying of raw material.
